Soldiers' Angels Texas received a check on Saturday, November 22, 2008, from the Clicks Monday Night Pool League in Carrollton, Texas. The group contacted Soldiers' Angels and wanted to donate funds they had collected from their Monday night pool tournaments to Soldiers' Angels to help the Veterans in the Dallas Area.
Pictured above are the members of the Monday night pool league with Twyla Choate right after the check presentation. This group had several Veterans and some with sons and daughters serving in Iraq.
Soldiers' Angels appreciates the donation from this group and look forward to working with them in the future to maybe help host a pool tournament fundraiser for the Texas VA Teams.
